In 1968, all the historic records dating from 1681 to 1812 including baptism, marriage and burial records were deposited with the Cheshire Records Office, where they can be accessed by arrangement. These have recently (Nov 2011) been transcribed with many other records as "The Cheshire Collection", administered by findmypast.co.uk.
